He previously oversaw large-scale lending operations at Kiva, where he led teams to deliver innovative credit solutions to millions of underserved borrowers globally. Chad’s expertise spans risk management, product development, strategic growth, and finance. His career has been deeply rooted in empowering individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs with accessible credit, making him a natural fit for Doc2Doc Lending’s mission to serve the medical community.
Outside work, Chad is a former archaeologist who has worked on digs across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. He is also a frequent kids’ soccer coach and a returned Peace Corps volunteer. Chad holds a Master’s in International Development from American University and a Bachelor’s in Anthropology and Classical Archaeology from Bowdoin College. He lives in Lake Oswego, OR, with his wife and twin boys.
